Embarrassingly, I haven't really done much as far as exercise since my last post. I jogged and walked with G one day, did some crunches another day, and this weekend I took an hour long walk with the hubby and G. Here I sit eating a cheeseburger for breakfast. :P
Can I make some excuses? G got pretty sick last week and is still sick. I'm exhausted from taking care of him. Being a mommy is a lot of work!
Other than that big excuse, I am just not motivated.
HELP! I need motivation!!! Ideas?
